Hello there! This is the Public Relations committee of BISA :) Aiming to let more people know about BISA and bring in outside resources to benefit our members, we, as an important part of BISA, are in charge of actively seeking collaboration with both on-campus and off-campus organizations, negotiating with future sponsors, reaching out to professors and other guest speakers for our Academic & Professional events, keeping the dynamics of the association, and striving for benefits for the academic, life, entertainment, and professional development of our club members.

Some fun things we do include, but are not limited to, designing email newsletters, advertising our events on various social media platforms, chatting with UCI BioSci alumni, developing the club website (this is a NEW PROJECT), etc. PR is a relatively new committee compared to the others, so we have lots of opportunities open. 

 

As an intern, you will be trained by our chair and co-chair, have the chance to engage in our new projects, make your ideas come true, and develop your communication and leadership skills.
